1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Academiq you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Academiq is an integrated multi-institution educational management platform serving seven distinct roles in a single application: central administration, institution management, teacher, student, parent/guardian, medical staff, and cafeteria staff. Strict technical and organisational controls ensure that each institution's data remains fully isolated from all others.

3. Eligibility

• The service is intended for registered educational institutions and their authorised members.
• The minimum age for end users is 6 years, under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian and the institution.
• Access requires a valid access code issued by your institution.

4. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your access code confidential — do not share it with anyone.
• Each access code is assigned to a single individual and must not be used by more than one person.
• Notify your institution's administration immediately if you believe your access code has been lost or compromised.
• Any activity carried out using your access code is your responsibility unless you have reported a compromise.

5. Acceptable Use

• Spam, harassment, unlawful content, and abusive conduct are strictly prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting unauthorised access to any part of the platform is prohibited.
• Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or any use of the platform in ways not expressly permitted is prohibited.
• Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations is prohibited.

6. Subscription and Payment

The platform is currently available during a free trial period. Subscription plans will be announced in advance through in-app notifications and official channels. No charges will be applied without prior notice. Fees recorded in the app (tuition, cafeteria) represent real-world cash payments collected offline by the institution; no digital goods are sold inside the app.

7. Suspension and Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are violated.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page, or email hello@academiq.app.
• Certain data may be retained after deletion where required by law or for legitimate accounting purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Academiq name, logo, designs, and all associated software are the exclusive property of their respective owners. No part of the platform may be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• AI-generated content and suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute authoritative guidance — they should be reviewed by a teacher, parent, or guardian before acting upon them.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Academiq and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is registered.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-app notification a reasonable period before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

١. قبول الشروط

باستخدامك Academiq فإنك تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها وتوافق على الالتزام بها. إن لم توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

٢. وصف الخدمة

Academiq منصّة إدارة تعليمية متكاملة متعددة المؤسسات تخدم سبعة أدوار في تطبيق واحد: الإدارة المركزية، إدارة المؤسسة، المعلّم، الطالب، ولي الأمر، الكادر الطبي، وكادر الكافتريا. وتضمن ضوابط صارمة عزل بيانات كل مؤسسة عن غيرها.

٣. الأهلية

• الخدمة موجّهة للمؤسسات التعليمية المسجّلة وأعضائها المخوّلين.
• الحد الأدنى لعمر المستخدم ٦ سنوات، تحت إشراف ولي الأمر والمؤسسة.
• الدخول يتطلب كود دخول صالح صادر من مؤسستك.

٤. مسؤوليات الحساب

• حافظ على سرية كود الدخول ولا تشاركه مع أحد.
• كل كود مخصّص لشخص واحد فقط.
• أبلغ الإدارة فوراً عند فقدان الكود أو الاشتباه باختراقه.
• أي نشاط بكودك مسؤوليتك ما لم تبلّغ عن اختراق.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول

• يُمنع السبام والتحرّش والمحتوى غير القانوني والسلوك المسيء.
• تُمنع الهندسة العكسية أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح.
• يُمنع السحب الآلي للبيانات أو أي استخدام غير مصرّح به.
• يُمنع أي استخدام يخالف القوانين السارية.

٦. الاشتراك والدفع

المنصّة متاحة حالياً بفترة تجريبية مجانية. تُعلَن خطط الاشتراك مسبقاً عبر إشعارات التطبيق والقنوات الرسمية. لا تُطبَّق رسوم دون إشعار مسبق. الرسوم المسجّلة بالتطبيق (أقساط/كافتريا) تمثّل مدفوعات نقدية واقعية تُحصّل خارج التطبيق؛ لا تُباع سلع رقمية داخله.

٧. الإيقاف والإنهاء

• نحتفظ بحق إيقاف أو إنهاء حسابك عند مخالفة الشروط.
• يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت — راجع صفحة حذف الحساب أو راسلنا.
• قد تُحفظ بعض البيانات بعد الحذف عند الاقتضاء القانوني أو المحاسبي.

٨. الملكية الفكرية

اسم Academiq وشعاره وتصاميمه وبرمجياته ملكية حصرية لأصحابها. يُمنع النسخ أو التعديل أو إعادة التوزيع دون إذن خطّي مسبق.

٩. إخلاء المسؤولية

• تُقدَّم المنصّة «كما هي» دون أي ضمانات.
• محتوى الذكاء الاصطناعي لأغراض إعلامية فقط ويجب مراجعته من معلّم أو ولي أمر قبل الاعتماد عليه.
• لا نضمن تشغيلاً متواصلاً أو خالياً من الأخطاء.

١٠. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل Academiq ومشغّلوه أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك للمنصّة.

١١. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين السارية، وتُحال أي منازعة لا تُحلّ ودّياً إلى المحاكم المختصة في موطن مزوّد الخدمة.

١٢. تعديل الشروط

نحتفظ بحق تحديث الشروط في أي وقت، مع إشعار المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق قبل نفاذها بمدة معقولة.
