Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Academiq account and the personal data associated with it. Academiq is an institution-managed educational platform: accounts are created by the school, institute, or university you belong to.

Option 1 — Request deletion inside the app

Open the Academiq app and sign in with your access code.
Go to the "More" tab.
Tap "Request account deletion".
Confirm the request. Our team processes deletion requests and removes your personal data.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to hello@academiq.app from the address linked to your account (or include your full name, role, and the name of your institution) with the subject "Account deletion request". For a child's account, the parent or legal guardian — or the institution's administration — may submit the request.

What data is deleted

Your profile and contact information (name, email, phone).
Your messages, uploaded files, and profile picture.
Personal academic records tied to your account (where deletion is not blocked by a legal or institutional record-keeping obligation — see below).
Push-notification identifiers for your devices.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period where an institution or applicable law requires it (for example, official academic results that the institution must keep). Retained records are kept only as long as required and remain protected. Anonymous, non-identifying usage analytics are not linked to you and are not used to re-identify you.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are typically actioned within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been removed.

توضّح هذه الصفحة كيفية طلب حذف حساب Academiq والبيانات المرتبطة به. Academiq منصّة تعليمية تديرها المؤسسة: الحسابات تنشئها المدرسة أو المعهد أو الجامعة التابع لها.

الطريقة ١ — الطلب من داخل التطبيق

افتح تطبيق Academiq وسجّل الدخول بكودك.
اذهب إلى تبويب «المزيد».
اضغط «طلب حذف الحساب».
أكّد الطلب. يعالج فريقنا الطلب ويحذف بياناتك الشخصية.

الطريقة ٢ — الطلب بالبريد

أرسل بريداً إلى hello@academiq.app من البريد المرتبط بحسابك (أو اذكر اسمك الكامل ودورك واسم مؤسستك) بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب». ولحساب الطفل، يقدّم الطلب ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني أو إدارة المؤسسة.

ما الذي يُحذف

ملفك الشخصي ومعلومات التواصل (الاسم، البريد، الهاتف).
رسائلك وملفاتك المرفوعة وصورتك الشخصية.
السجلات الأكاديمية المرتبطة بحسابك (ما لم يمنع الحذف التزام قانوني أو مؤسسي — انظر أدناه).
معرّفات الإشعارات لأجهزتك.

ما الذي قد يُحتفظ به

قد تُحفظ بعض السجلات لمدة محدودة عندما تتطلب المؤسسة أو القانون ذلك (مثل النتائج الأكاديمية الرسمية). تُحفظ فقط للمدة المطلوبة وتبقى محميّة. التحليلات المجهولة غير مرتبطة بك ولا تُستخدم لإعادة تعريفك.

كم يستغرق

تُنفَّذ طلبات الحذف عادةً خلال ٣٠ يوماً، وتصلك رسالة تأكيد عند إتمام الحذف.
